The power lies with the one who says no and means it. In negotiations, in relationships, in life. It comes down to what you will tolerate and what you won’t. It’s easy, to talk. Talk about your values and principles claim that you have standards of what you will allow or obey. Until you’re out in the fire. Challenged by the world to see if you actually mean what you say. That’s when you will find out how much your words really mean. You can’t be sure till you face it, can’t be sure till you live it. Life has a way of challenging us all eventually. How will we come through that test? Will we fall into temptation let the voices in our head justify and excuse. Or do you double down on you? You have the option to choose.

Decisions. They make or break our life. Small ones big ones. They will shape and form the life you live, and you will be the result of the decisions you make. However it is never too late to change. As long as we’re alive we can learn and grow. But if we don’t if we refuse. You will always live in a bed of excuses. If you aren’t growing your dying.

The lessons of life there’s no teacher better then experience and I’m grateful for all of it the good the bad and the lesson’s in between. Watching yourself perform as the person you dreamed of trusting yourself to stand up for yourself. Life will fall at your feet if you walk with belief.
